Amy Grant es una cantante y autora estadounidense nacida el 25 de noviembre de 1960 en el estado de Georgia. Comenzó su carrera en 1977 y todavía sigue en actividad. En 1982 ganó un disco de platino por su álbum de música cristiana “Age to Age”. Hasta la fecha ha vendido más de 30 millones de discos en el mundo entero.

“That’s What Love Is For” es una canción de su álbum “Heart In Motion”. El sencillo fue lanzado en 1991 y alcanzó el primer puesto en el ranking Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks de USA.
