Celine Dion es una cantante canadiense nacida el 30 de marzo de 1968 en Quebec, Canadá. Su carrera comenzó muy temprano, cuando ella tenía 13 años. El éxito internacional lo consiguió después de publicar su primer álbum en inglés, hasta ese momento sólo cantaba en su lengua natal, el francés.

“Where does my heart beat now” pertenece a su primer álbum en lengua inglesa, “Unison” lanzado en 1990. El sencillo llegó a ocupar el cuarto puesto en el Billboard Hot 100 de USA.
