Barbara Dickson nació en Escocia en 1947. Es cantante, guitarrista y pianista. Y como su colega Elaine, se desempeñó con mucho éxito en musicales.
“I Know Him So Well” es una las canciones (dueto) del musical “Chess”. En 1985, el sencillo de la balada interpretada por Elaine Paige y Barbara Dickson, salió a la venta. Fue un gran éxito, ocupó el primer puesto del ranking británico por 4 semanas y se convirtió en el más vendido de los duetos femeninos.
