Michael Bolton es un cantante y autor estadounidense nacido el 26 de febrero de 1953. Comenzó su carrera en 1968, la cual continúa hasta el presente. Ocho de sus álbumes han estado entre los diez primeros puestos del ranking y dos de sus sencillos alcanzaron el primer lugar en el Billboard Hot 100 de USA. Hasta la fecha ha vendido más de 53 millones de álbumes en todo el mundo.

El secillo de la balada “That’s What Love Is All About” fue lanzado en 1987 y compone su álbum “The Hunger”.
